Tanā is a family of sculptural trays designed as a quiet foundation for the everyday. Rooted in minimal form and versatile function, each piece features a distinctive T-foot structure — a subtle architectural detail that lifts the platform and defines its character.
 
The name Tanā, meaning “shelf” in Japanese, reflects the collection’s purpose: to hold space — for objects, gestures, and shared moments. It’s not about decoration, but about framing the everyday with presence and care.

Handcrafted in small batches in Eindhoven, the first edition celebrates local wood, exposed joinery, and the tactile simplicity of well-made things. Each tray is crafted from surplus fumed oak, carefully selected for its deep tone and visible grain. Finished by hand with softened edges, no two pieces are exactly alike.
