What materials are you using and where were your products produced?

All our products are handcrafted using high quality natural, certified ingredients and reclaimed materials such as linen, clay, bee wax, bamboo, oak and maple. Everything is designed in our Studio/Showroom in Eindhoven and produced by artisans all over Europe. We aim in delivering high quality, handcrafted soulful objects for daily use, while creating a supportive community of makers. For our home collections our team was located in two different countries: The Netherlands (Treasure Boxes by the loving hands of Joost Sopers, Ceramics by the talented Julia Saldana, Bedding by our amazing sustainable fashion educator Alice Tsibulsky ), and Greece (Soaps by the pharmacist Mania Foteinou).
I placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation.

Every buyer receives automatically a confirmation email upon order. If you haven't received one please check your Spam folder. If you can't find it there either it means that the transaction hasn't been completed.
I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

You can return your products within 15 days from the delivery date. Please read the full guidelines on our Shipping & Returns page.
