Orders

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. All orders will be sent within two working days after receipt of payment. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Minimuc's control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. We strive to keep this website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

Prices & payment

All prices on this site are indicated in Euros and include value-added tax. Buying through this website is safe, easy, and convenient. We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

Shipping

Shipment of the order will take place once Minimuc has received payment for the order. We ship exclusively to addresses throughout Europe. More information concerning the shipping can be found at Shipping & Returns.

Delivery

The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Orders will be processed and shipped within two working days of receipt of payment. You can find more information regarding our delivery costs and estimated delivery times at Shipping & Returns. Minimuc cannot be held responsible if their shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the customer within the time-frame indicated.
